Malheur COHP register

This register page located at the Stevenson BM caught my attention as it indicated that SP member Dennis Poulin had been there the day before Bob and I. We were to meet Dennis a week later when he joined us to do Baker and Wallowa County highpoints. The signature just above Dennis is another SP member, weeds19 (James W.)

I had forgotten...

Me too. I remember that we saw his name but had no clue who he was. Little did we know that we'd all become great friends. Dennis also lost a tire on that road and had to limp home to Medfort on a donut. Amazing story.
