This is a very

sharp-shaped and lovely mountain, Afzal!

We always look forward to your beautiful
photographs. (Have you been to other regions
of the Himalaya, or just on the Pakistan side?) What an incredible contrast with the
sky! How far away from 'Masherbrum' were you?

Re: This is a very

Thank you very much for your nice comments and vote to Masherbrum photo. I have never been in other region of Himalaya other than Pakistan. My all photos and albums focused on Pakistan. The Masherbrum Peak is considered on the most hardest climb in the Karakoram Pakistan. One can reach at the Masherbrum BC from Hushe village or Askole village. The photo taken from the Baltoro Glacier while trekking. One can reach the Masherbrum base camp from between the liligo and urdukas campsite via Masherbrum Pass. But due to hillocks and hidden cravesses, it is really very difficult to pass the Masherbrum pass. Beside the difficult route of Masherbrum pass many expedition teams have passed the Masherbrum pass in previous years.
Best regards, Afzal

Re: This is a very

Thank you - I was just CURIOUS if you had
journeyed outside of Pakistan, possibly into
neighboring India. I was specifically
interested in the Indian state of Arunachal
Pradesh, nearly 250 miles northeast of
Bhutan.

Looks like I need to spend more time with my
"geographical" research! THANKS AGAIN, my
friend Afzal of Pakistan!
