It has the most attractive parts, eye-catching landscapes, astounding dawn to spectacular dusk, striking seasons, stunning mountains & harmony of religions. Pakisan has five of the 14 highest mountains peak in the world and there is tremendous opportunaties for trekking, climbing and many other sports.

sMASHing Brum!

I did a trek up to K2 BC this summer and found this mountain to be one of the most striking peaks along the Baltoro. From the angle, it appears like you took the photo from the 'Goro 2' campsite? Or were you closer to the mountain because this is a very close shot! you're lucky to be able to spend so much time in this beautiful region of the world

Really, Queen of Mts

Great picture of grandeus mountain... :)

The North Ridge (rather buttress or pillar)
is slightly to right side of the photo. It was the goal of the 2003 expedition of Steve House and Marko Prezelj (mentioned in article on the Masherbrum). So one can imagine from this attempt how strong climbers are they are (and how big country in Great Ranges climbing a little Slovenia is :) ).

Gorgeous picture.
Congratulations to Afzal !
