Meadow  Sucess!

Better than I thought it would be. I was able to get my Ford Escape to 4900' for an easy hike to the top. Done as a 3fer with Tinkham and Abiel.

Nice Hike  Sucess!

No jokes about the road conditions. It is not washed out on the main road headed up but once you turn off toward meadow pass the first washed out part of the road shredded my tire. I fixed the tire and went ahead being sure not to get stuck in the rut on the way back. Overall, nice hike with great views and not another person anywhere nearby.

Meadow  Sucess!

Ken J and I did this after work. We were able to get up to 4880' in my 2WD 4Runner. Found that there were some other potential HP spots hidden in trees along the ridge crest so be thorough in looking for those.

The $2000 mountain  Sucess!

Costly but I did finally make the summit or summits of Meadow Mountain. There are at least four peaks on the Meadow Mountain Ridge. The south was the lookout, the next one was in the trees, the next one had a view but had an evergreen brush on it and the northern one was wide open and looked clearly the tallest.
