meadows north of Swiftcurrent Glacier Basin
This marvelous high alpine meadow is encountered a short while after leaving the Swiftcurrent Pass Trail en route to Swiftcurrent Glacier Basin. The creek in photograph eventually angles towards the south (left); by following it, you'll soon encounter the large lateral moraine bordering Swiftcurrent Glacier.
