Good page.

In the initial information categories, you may want add Wyoming to its location, rather than just Colorado.

Re: Good page.

Thanks! Haven't been able to figure out how to select 2 states. I'm all ears if you know.

Re: Good page.

In the edit mode, when you are selecting a state in the drop down box, hold the ctrl key and click on each of the states. Once you have edited the page, it will appear like this:

www.summitpost.org/area/range/607119/Warner-Mountains.html

Let me know if I can help more.

Re: Good page.

Tried that with no success. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a Mac thing.

Re: Nice page!

Mucho thanks!! It took some time for sure, but I learned quite a bit from it. Doing the research revealed some things I wasn't aware of and scanning my old slides made me realize how much time I'd spent in various parts of the range over the years. Can't wait to get back!

Great!

I'm pondering an early season trip to the Snowy Range in a couple weeks. Can anybody hazard a guess about conditions in the "lower" areas? (9000-10,000 feet)

Re: Great!

Thanks, Arthur.
Can you be more specific about where you're thinking of going in the Range. 9,000 to 10,000 is kind of low in the Snowies. Generally the area I would consider to be the Snowy Range runs between 10 and 11,000 feet.

Nice, Bill

I checked this page out a day or two after you posted it and thought it was a great job. It's nice to see it on the front page.

Photo

Bill,
I happened acrossed a nice photo (697547) taken within the Rawah Wilderness which seemes to not be attached to anything but the "Photo of the Hour" album. It might make a nice addition to the Rawah Wilderness section of this page. It appears to have been taken along the trail leading up to the saddle above Blue Lake (west of Cameron Peak).

Re: Photo

Yeah, I would agree. Looks like just below Blue Lake Pass on the north side. Apparently I've seen it before because I voted on it. I'll see if I can find a place to plug it in.
Thanks for the heads up!
