Middle Palisade Ledge Route

From the moraine, to get on the (elusive) Ledge, one has to hike up on the glacier for about 50 yards. In this picture there are some clues as to when one arrived under the Ledge. To get onto the ledge follow one of the two routes, both of them very manageable. No climbing equipment or rope necessary. From this vantage point it is hard to belive that climbing on these rocks one would get somewhere. Nevertheless, once one climbs up for several feet, the Ledge comes into view.
