With San Jacinto Peak, Jean Peak, Cornell Peak & 9400.
Slight detour on the way up to San Jacinto.
Defintely a pile of rocks, but a very nice pile. Easy side trip on the San Jacinto hike
Twice from tram, once via C2C.
It was part of the trio Miller Peak, San Jacinto Peak and Folly Peak that I hiked sometime in the summer of 2009
Beautiful day in the mountains. Hit Miller, San Jacinto and Jean. From the tram and back 6 hours.
six peak loop including miller, san j, folly, newton drury, marion, and jean.
Was at a conference in Palm Springs, got out before lunch and took the tram up, hiked Miller Peak, San Jacinto Peak and Jean Peak, hardly any snow except on the offtrail descent from Jean back down to the regular trail. Got back down from the tram by 6 PM and was home in Tracy a bit after midnight. Trip report is HERE.
The usual ritual of Cactus to Clouds, only that this time I added two extra summits. Miller was first, went up from the bend in the SJ Peak Trail below Miller Saddle.
Tagged this peak along with Jean, Cienaga Point, San J, and Shirley Peaks.
Fun summit block - went up the near vertical, but heavily fractured face. With Cornell, San J, Folly, Drury, Jean, and Marion.
Bryan and I climbed 6 peaks even though there was a foot of fresh powder. Cornell, Miller, San Jacinto, Folly, Newton Drury, and Jean.

Loop from the tram. I thought the views from the top of Miller were the best of the day.
A quick side trip after Jacinto.
Made the stop at Miller peak on our way up to San Jacinto. Great snow climb!
Headed up with full pack to get back to Fuller Ridge.
Cornell, San Jacinto and Jean. Made for a nice and exhausting day!!
Went up the ridge that connects to cornell in our snowshoes then went on up to San jac. It was hot and the snow was turning to mush!! but it was a fun hike and a great view.
