Minami-dake

The ridgeline between Minami-dake (in the background) and Kitahotaka-dake, one of the cruxes of the Yariga-take to Hotaka-dake traverse. In the foreground, is one of the most fun parts of the ridge, a rather exposed 3rd-4th class section with all kind of man-made installations that make the climbing experience safer (i.e. chains, wooden platforms, ladders).
