Step-around to the south
3-4 scary-exposed 5.6-ish moves to get around to the gully on the south side, then easier terrain to the summit. Downclimbed the same way, then continued to Superstition Peak. Trip report.

threadin' the needle
I climbed Window Needle, a subsidiary of Miner's Needle, with my friend Mike. This is a fun 2 pitch route that literally threads through the window of the needle. Definitely a classic.

Beautiful but hotMade it as far as I could go without rock climbing experience. Definately worth the hike.
