"Mister Stirling's Tree" Oil Paint on Panel 9" x 12" James Disney 2002 Private Collection Named for Dave Stirling, who was one of the early artists in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. He painted several pictures of this tree from different angles. The tree is located near Trail Ridge Road. Best viewed in original format.

This tree looks like the western version of the Greek "Winged Victory" now dispayed proudly in the Louvre?
