i have keep a copy of the route of ghirardini visiting summitopost before. is there other routes ? or only one route and only one ascent on this marvelous peak?
porters in skardu and askole report only the solo ascent of ghirardini, not any more.
I was told the same thing when in the area. Only one ascent.
I would be really grateful if you could post Ivano's route description on the Mitre page, or send it to me for posting. I don't know all the circumstances when Ivano left SP, but I have heard it was quite a quick and violent exit, so please don't post if Ivano doesn't want to.
Are you in contact with Ivano?
