Mont Velan South-southeast Face downhill to the Colle di Valsorey

In foreground: Mont Velan or Mont V'lan, even semply V'lan (3734m) the watershed from the Crou de Bleintse or Blenchy (2824m), Col Champillon (2708m) before the Mont Chenaille (3144m), Tête des Crêtes (3258m), La Salliaousa (3322m), Têtes de Faudery (3310m, 3299m, 3264mm), Punte di Faceballa (all about 3310m, 3310m, 3315m, 3330m) up to the Mont Velan or V'lan between Conca di By (right or East) e Val Menouve-Molline (left or West).

Inclined to the right or E-SE: the long and border (Italy/Switzerland) watershed from the Mont Velan downhill up the Quotas 3672, 3650 meters around, double and small Mini and Broken Horns (this last bifid), the main V'lan's Horns (Western 3620m, Eastern Brèche 3610/2 metres about. Mini Central 3615 metres around, Eastern 3618 meters around ) , Velan's Jags (about from 3570 meters to 3595 meters), just detached to the East the Little Velan's Tooth (about 3530/35 metres), Tête d'Ariondet (3485m), Mont Capucin (3395m), Doigt (Velan's Finger) du Velan (3314m), Col des Chamois (3259m), Mont Cordine (3329m), great Plateau de Cordine (3221m) up to the Valsorey's Col or Pass (3107m).
