Montaz from the west

Seen from the west, Montaz summit is rising high above all neighbours. From Dogna/Dunja valley there are some 2000 meters of walls and gorges to the top, very rarely climbed. Here, it is seen from the summit of Monte Chiavals. Autumn, 2008.
