have climbed all the mosquito range fourteeners and centennials in the winter months. added wheeler, for some spice, many februarys ago!

Nice range  Sucess!

Many visits - all 14ers, now working on 13ers (many centennial peaks). Easy access, great for bad weather/winter days.

Great for Winter Activities  Sucess!

Like to ski this area when I can't find anyone to go with; less avalanche prone than other areas at this altitude.

Easy and accessible  Sucess!

Easy and accessible range with some pretty peaks.Done with most of peaks over 4000 m, few left for next summer.

Over the past year I have climbed all but maybe 3 of the ranked 13ers in the Mosquito Range. I've also done many of the unranked ones as well. I think an Area/Range climbing log entry is in order....

Sherman and Sheridan.  Sucess!

Climbed Mount Sheridan (4,191 m/13,748 ft) before climbing Mount Sherman (4,278 m / 14,036 ft) from Iowa Gulch TH. Beautiful views and weather.
