Traverse from Prater  Sucess!

An out-and-back from Red Lake TH. I did it wrong on the way out, staying near or east of the ridge, and ran into some scary shit. Wisely staying west on the way back, I found that it does in fact go at class 3. Lots of traffic on Split, but I unsurprisingly had this peak to myself.

fun loop  Sucess!

Did a loop of Tinemaha, Split, Prater, Bolton Brown, and Birch mtn. Was out of water and pretty wasted on the descent. With Chad sometime in July 2010.

Traverse from Prater  Sucess!

Over from Prater with Vitaliy. Took a bit of routefinding in areas, either we are not good at it or the route over is more than class 3! Regardless it was a very enjoyable outing.

From Birch Mtn  Sucess!

Came back a second time, though hadn't planned on it when the day started. This time I went the other direction, traversing Birch - Bolton Brown - Prater - Tinemaha. Trip Report
