Mummy Mania Peak 2On the Mummy Mania route. Hike from Chapin to Chiquita got a bit breezy between the saddle, and I was pretty cold by the time we hit the summit. Wish I could have seen how epic and beautiful Chapin and Ypsilon are from the top—but great 2nd peak of the day.

CCY second!Wonderful hike and a terrific afternoon with amazing views and lots of wildlife. On top of Chapin be sure to head back west and look down at the spires. Be careful not to descend to much on the way back from Ypsilon in order to pick up the trail between Chiquita and Chapin.

Mummy MasochismPeak 2 of 8, did a variation of "Mummy Mania" we dubbed "Mummy Masochism" because we tacked 2 bushwhack 11ers on to the end. Appx 19 miles, 7000 vertical - climbed Chapin, Chiquita, Ypsilon, Fairchild, Hagues, Mummy, Tileston and Bighorn.
