Reverse traverse  Sucess!

Highly recommend doing this in reverse, Banded Peak to Glasgow. Gets the longer approach done first. The horse trail makes ascending towards Banded Peak very straightforward except for the final steep scree slope up to the col. There are good trails up the SE side of Outlaw and the south ridge of Glasgow that reduce the scree-sliding, and I'm sure I had more fun ascending the steeper rocky sections of Glasgow's south ridge than I would have had ascending them. Finally, it's possible to head down the Glasgow east ridge and drop off north into the Glasgow Creek drainage (no running water right now) from the col just before the Glasgow outlier for a fairly direct descent.

The last running water for us was Cornwall Creek before turning into the drainage just below Banded Peak. There was an unusable trickle between Banded and Outlaw. Would only do it this late if there is guaranteed snow up there. We got by with a couple liters carried up and body heat-melted snow.
