Excellent page, John. Very thorough, yet concise at the same time. Documents with those characteristics undoubtedly have some thought behind them!
Great page, John. Congratulations! Can't make it better!
This is a great resource. I am happy that I have been able to contribute to a site of this quality. Just a question, how did you get that picture of Hood into the title section (top) of your page, to the right of the Mt. Hood information? I would like to do that too but don't know how. It is not a standard option. Thanks, NOAH (OREGON)
Thanks for the vote :-) The top photo has been a standard feature on SummitPost since at least March 20, 2002 (maybe even March 19). You can read the history on this thread. To get a photo to appear on a mountain page you maintain, click the edit link and change the value for the 8th item from the top Signature Photo ID:. The value entered is a numeric photo_id value that you can get by hovering your mouse of the photo you wish to use. Hope this helps :-)
Good job! Realistic description of the climbs - I hope people pay attention.
Add some books if you find them in amazon.com Also I miss more links in its section. Gracias.
Excellent page! You have a lot of information to present and have organized it well. The Routes Overview section is great!
A great page, John!
Right up there with the very best pages on this site. Great job John!
Hey Martin - thanks for the vote and the Routes contribution! I've added some of the information already and sent you an email for some additional clarification. Cheers!
For my money this is one of the best pages on the whole site. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for the feedback Tim! A lot of people have helped contribute to this page and it's routes. That's what makes SP so great!
Truly an outstanding page, so much useful information and a great resource. Thank you.
Nice page. Lots of information and I appreciate the links to find out even more information.
Tons of good and accurate information. Great work!
This is an excellent picture of the closest mountain to my home. The cloud is very realistic up there. Great picture, clear and crisp
