Re: Fine shot Marc!

Thank you Noondueler. Getting up early in the morning seems to pay off. I have more photos of Humphreys when only its tip was lit up. I'll post those at a later date.

Re: Beautiful!

Thank you so much Afzal. Sierra Nevada mountains reach their peak glory in the winter time when they have snow on them.
Thank you for the compliment,
Best Regards,
Marc

Re: Yesss

Hi Lodewijk,
Considering all the beautiful photos you have, I am honored you like mine. I climbed Mount Humphreys about 15 years ago, and if my memory is correct, I think it's just under 14000 feet. I think it's about 13,900 feet. The photo is taken from elevation of about 6500 feet.

Thanks for everything,
Marc

Drool...

North Couloir looks in need of a good shredding! Great pic Marc!

Re: Drool...

I've been to the summit of Humphreys, but never to the north coulior. Wonder how to even get to the base or the top of the coulior!! Doing the summit was kind of technical, about 5.2ish, and that was in the summer when it's dry.
