Love really is hard to find...
Tagged this summit along with Clingman's Dome and Mts. Collins and Buckley on a beautiful, sunny, 40-degree day in February. At least, I think I did... eh, I must have come within a foot or two. It's hard to tell which of the boulders beside the trail is the highest.

Finally someone added a page for Mt Love. I reached its summit in June 2008 with my daughter. We used a GPS unit to find the
"summit".

Part Of A Hiking Trifecta!!!
I summited Mount Love, Clingmans Dome, and Mount Buckley all during the same hike. I enjoyed Mount Love, especially along the "Dome Bypass Trail", due to the lack of hikers (as compared to the hiking logjam at Clingmans Dome, for Memorial Day weekend). I wished there were better viewpoints from the top, but the forest scenery was still beautiful.
