Nostalgia

lovely picture, it reminds me very much of areas in Snowdonia (Wales) with the peaty bogs and the cotton grass waving in the winds. It just make me want to get my boots on and get out there. Well done sunfish.
cheers DrJonnie

Re: Incredible Picture!

Thank you. The Star Lake Col is great place to be in June, with the cotton grass and alpine flowers blooming. Five minutes after this shot it was raining, hard.

Giacomo Puccini,...

...the famous italian opera composer, once said about himself: "I am a composer of the small things." This was his big secret - and the thing that makes his works great. I would say this also for your gallery - this is your really strong point!
I certainly love your pictures!!
Many cheers from Salzburg, Austria,
Eric

Re: Giacomo Puccini,...

Eric, thanks for the words of appreciation. I agree that attention to detail is essential to any success, and as someone once said, " It's the little things that make life a big deal."
