While ascending the southwest ridge of Wynn Mountain, Mount Merritt (10,004 ft.), the shortest of Glacier National Park's 10,000 foot peaks, comes into view. The summit to the right is Mount Henkel, and the ridge in the left foreground belongs to Mount Allen. August 4, 2008

Great images! The hiking ad climbing must have been fun.
I do note that the mountains seem a lot dryer then they were last year when we were out in Glacier.
