Mount Olympus from Dodger Point

Mount Olympus, as seen from Dodger Point located approximately 10 miles northeast of the peak. To see this kind of clear view in one of the most precipitous areas of the USA, let alone during Winter (which is normally very precipitous) was quite spectacular. This is one of my all-time favorite views of Mount Olympus. The East Peak (left), Middle Peak (center-left), and West Peak (true summit, center) can all be seen. Mount Mathias, Snow Dome (flattish snow area), and Panic Peak can be seen at center-right of Mount Olympus. Photo taken as part of a cold Winter 28-mile hiking day (January 4, 2014).
