I was working at Indian Head Resort just below the mountain a the time. GOt hit by a rain shower.
51 minutes round trip for a beautiful fall hike/run.
Lots of snow, short and easy hike with my sister.
Forty eight minutes up, forty two minutes down with only an inch or two of snow on the trail. Stayed on top to catch the sunset and see the alpenglow. For such a short hike it has excellent views.
Good choice for hiking with an infant. Trail was a bit eroded but the slope was gentler than I expected from the map. Surprisingly uncrowded on this day.
A nice afternoon hike, I remember the views being amazing.
Great views for a little efforts and a little bit different perspective than the larger peaks. My son loved the cliffs up top of this not-so-politically-correct peak.
Red trail started at Indian Head then, silver trail due E to US3 now cut off by I-93
