Fair is fair. Over 1600 hits but only one vote? I'm not sure how much more you could say about Mt. Pilchuck than what has been adequately covered here.

great update - signage? map?

Excellent update on an important mountain locally.
2 years ago http://www.everettmountainrescue.org/ put up signage to strategically avoid the huge number of people suckered down the south side of the mountain by missing the critical traverse over the ridge on their descent of normal route. Rescue traffic has considerably dropped as a result but please look out for signs! Can you post a map to demonstrate the route (since many hikers there seem not to have them)?

Thank you for the comment. I have added a gpx file to the page so people can view the route on the map and download for use with GPS devices as well.
