Great views...
...but what a zoo! Hundreds of people on a blue-sky Saturday right after some rain. Despite the worsening pandemic and close proximity, most people weren't wearing masks.

Frequent climbing trips
Visited Rubidoux many times during high school and college. Either hiked up the down road, or drove to the top if gate was open. Pretty much did all the routes within my ability, including most aid routes. Many of the trips were with Marty, Jim, Larry, Mark H., or Suzi. Also taught climbing classes with Ian (Santa Ana College), and on my own (through Holubar). Many great memories.
Been here many times as a youngster. It's been a while for me too. There used to be a good use trail back in the 70's...not sure if it's still there. It started near the sometimes locked gate at the bottom.
