Mount Shasta

A Lenticular halo nestles around the summit of Mt. Shasta. The series of basalt cliffs in the center is the western side of Sheep Rock. Viewed from the flanks of Herd Peak. Here is another good shot of a lenticular cloud on Mt. Shasta. Jan2009.
