Amazing views from the top! Would definitely recommend it you're going over the pass. Part of a 16 day backpacking trip in the winds. Amazing trip!!

Easy hike up, great addition to a hike over Washakie Pass
Backpacking over Washakie Pass from Macon Lake. Dropped our packs at the top of the pass and easily found our way up the mountain. Class 2 walk-up except a couple technical moves to get to the actual peak. Could see sooo many lakes!! Pretty short hike, the views to effort ratio is out of this world-- would highly recommend anyone going over the pass to add on the peak!!

Climbed while backpacking over Washakie Pass (from Pyramid Lake to Macon Lake).
