One of many goats I encountered on Timp just below the lake. They seem to be used to people hiking around in their habitat. As long as you don't make too much noise and move slowly, they won't run away. Still, this picture was taken with a telephoto lens at 300mm.
Interesting fact: according to wikipedia, "Mountain Goats" aren't really goats at all. Wikipedia Article on Mountain Goats
