Instead of instructing to watch for private property near Climax, you should clearly state that the entire route shown is on land owned by Climax Molybdenum Company. There is a sign at Clinton Reservoir showing the property boundary but I saw zero no trespassing signs near the route as of 11/08.
As of October 2011 the property is again being mined(it was previously under "maintenance" operations)and blasting is being performed in the vicinity of this peak.
