Mount Franklin. Is that what it's called? We always referred to it as "Middle Sasquatch" for no particular reason. It's also interesting to see what Topozone does with the labels. Neither one is in the right place!



A good page for an obscure big mountain. Good luck with your NH hike this season.

Thanks Charles for your always welcomed comments. That's interesting about the name you had there. Was a sasquatch spotted in the vicinity? No, no sasquatches (present company excepted). I've just always wanted to name a mountain "middle something" so people wonder where north and south something are.

Nice page for a mountain I should have visited when on Mt. Monroe.. I assumed it is named for Ben Franklin, of kite and Daylight Savings fame.
