Another good one. I always looked at this one with interest, but never made it over there. The only critique I have is that it should be "Adirondakesque" (nice word, by the way).
thanks for noticing those coordinates were off on Sheol..I knew they were, but also know they were the correct coord via the source I use, ran out for some sport climbing and figured I would get it figured out...however, I still cannot find the true coordinates...they are definitely wrong via the source...the ones I have put in there now are rough from the map...will try and pinpoint the summit better, thank you for catching it! I'm not absolutely sure, but I would bet that the summit of Rocky Mount is the most remote spot in the park accessible by trail or road.
Do the circuit via Gap Run, with the Run coming first. The view makes a fitting climax (and yep, the walk back to the car from there is quite the long denouement).
