7 Seconds

My friend says if you drop a pebble off that face from the summit it will drop 7 seconds before reaching the ground. What an amazing peak and photo!

Re: 7 Seconds

Hi Sean,

I'm wondering if your friend might have had the other Warbonnet (one in Sawtooths, ID) in mind? The only reason I think that is that I've heard this from others (the ID Warbonnet's got this protruding horn-like summit with nothing but air below)

Thanks for stopping by!

Cheers.

Re: 7 Seconds

That's what I heard as well. Don't know if I heard it from my partner or got it from the guide, but before we climbed Idaho's Warbonnet we were talking about it - and when we got to the top we chucked a few things off and tried to time it!

Re: 7 Seconds

Oh my bad, I thought this picture of Warbonnet was especially unique...but I got the wrong mountain lol. still a good looking peak though. And yes, the 7 seconds was the one from ID.
