Mt Baimang 5429m (unclimbed)

Baimang Xueshan 5429m (West) Baimang Xueshan (also known as Mt. Padma in Tibetan) is located south-east of Meili Xue Shan mountain range, across the Mekong river, near the Yunnan-Tibet border. According to this report, Mt. Baimang is still unclimbed. (Seen from Yak La pass at the Mekong-Yangtze watershed - Yunnan - 23 December 2007)

Thanks Karrar!

Winter is the best time to have clear view on Baimang Xueshan and neighbouring Meili Xue Shan. The rest of the year these mountains are often covered by clouds and fog.

Looks like a serious mountain!

Wonder which one of all those peaklets is the highest!
Looks kind of scary.

Hard to know which is the highest, and Google Earth does not offer sufficient resolution for this area. Actually the highest point could also be in the east part of the range. See also whole range here.
