Mike Weber on the summit of Mt Borah after our first ascent of the North Face Direct in October 1976. He lost that smug look about a half hour later when we were front pointing down a 60+ degree colouir to the morraine below. We did a 4th class descent across the East Face to the Northeast Ridge and then turned down the uppermost, hidden couloir on our descent of the north face. This was our second new route of the day.
