up Broads Fork, down Mill B South Fork (Sunrise and Dromedary).
Noteworthy to do this twice in one year: 16 Sept 2012 (with WMC).
Same loop again: 19 June 2013.
Ascended Dromedary via the West ridge and Tanner's Gulch. Lots of moving clouds to keep it interesting. Beautiful day with the WMC!
Climbed Broad's Fork and to the saddle between Dromedary and Sunrise. There was a big mountain goat. Climbed Dromedary and then back down and up Sunrise and met the goat again.
#2 - 8/20/17 after Sunrise via Broads' Fork
Great snow conditions. Lots of cornices. Wonderful group of strong mountaineers, Walt, Christine, Dave, Mike, Chris, Jake, Lubos, Julia, Carol. Thanks to all for a great day.
05/27/2011 Tanner's Gulch, Triple Traverse. We took the Vanderheide Direct Variation to the summit of Dromedary. Instead of going to the top of Tanners, we followed the route through a narrow passage of rock buttresses and directly up the Southern face of Dromedary.

05/10/2008 Triple Nipple via Tanner's Gulch
09/18/2007 Triple Traverse/Cottonwood Ridge to Superior
09/04/2006 Triple Traverse
Spring ascent up Tanners. Found short couloir on north side of ridge to gain summit ridge. Short sections of third class up west ridge. Bring skis for any descent. Snow was too rotten to able to arrest any fall with ice axe so shaft had to be used for safety on steep section of the descent. Watch out for undercut moats all along the route especailly the bottom sections that you can fall through.
5/08/10 Triple Traverse via Tanners Gulch
7/04/10 Cottonwood Ridge Traverse
6/04/11 via Triple Traverse
5/04/13 Via Triple Traverse
Climbed via Triple Traverse from Tanner's Gulch and Broad's Fork
Climbed the loose north ridge (class 3) from Broads Fork with dunsum. Saw a couple of moose along the way, which seems somewhat common in Broads Fork.
Wow, a Utah climb worth repeating. Map and pictures at http://www.willhiteweb.com/wasatch/broads_fork_twin_peaks/dromedary_195.htm
05-08-2010 Triple Traverse via Tanner Gulch
05-21-2009 Up and down Tanner Gulch with Sunrise, great conditions
10-18-2003 With WMC

06-09-2001 With MM via Broads Fork with Sunrise
07-22-2000 via Broads Fork with Sunrise
09-13-1998 via Broads Fork with Sunrise
around 1990 With lesdubois and Lynn via Lake Blanche
Came up Tanners with a big group from SP. Part of the Triple Travers (double traverse for me). Went out via Broads Fork.
I'd estimate about a dozen climbs
After climbing Sunrise, I returned to the Tanners saddle and ascended the W Ridge route on Dromedary. The descent back down Tanners was every bit as awful as expected. Tanners plus snow and skis is good. Tanners minus snow is dangerous and horrendously tedious. But I did it anyway.....
Climbed up Tanners Gulch and summited Dromedary, then traversed the ridge to the col and went up Sunrise. Sweet 3rd class climbing from the col, and an amazing uninterrupted 1500' glissade on corn snow for the descent! 6.5 hours round trip
5-16-09 Via Tanners, went on to complete Triple Traverse.
5-10-08 Climbed up Tanners with an SP group. Decided not to complete the Triple Traverse for various reasons, but the glissade down Tanners was stellar.
May 27, 2011: Did the Triple Traverse with Joe B, and Matt V. The snow, even the avy debris, was very soft in Tanners, so the going was slow.
May 16, 2009 : Did this peak as part of the Triple Traverse with a group of seven from SP. We had prime conditions.
May 10 - 2008 : Went up Tanner's Gulch, hoping I might be "lucky" (or stupid) enough to do the triple traverse (Dromedary, O'Sullivans (aka Sunrise), and Broad Fork Twin Peaks without crampons. Once I summited Dromedary and had a look at O'Sullivans from there, a little voice told me to come back another day when I was prepared. It only took 2.5 hours to reach the peak, and the glissade down was fast as lightning. Given, that I had allotted the day to climbing, but was driving out of Little Cottonwood Canyon at 10:30 am, I decided to use the time to bag Mt. Olympus.
Easy and fun.
A quick trip before the snow storm this time..
Reached the summit on two different ocasions:
7/1/07 as part of Tripple Traverse (Broad Fork)
9/9/07 as part of Cottonwood Traverse (Lisa Falls Direct)
