Mt. Lago as seen from the vicinity of Shellrock Pass to the southeast on August 19, 2001. The terrain below the saddle in the center of the picture was very slabby class 3 at the maximum possible angle to still be able to freeclimb down. I came back this way from the summit after completing the Ptarmigan-Lago Traverse, which is on the other side of the peak.
