Two Lolas  Sucess!

The trail is easy to follow, the only possible confusion is when it follows a jeep road for awhile. Shortly after the broken down bridge it goes off to the left. Coming back I notice bike tire tracks on what appears to be a use trail on the left side of the road, but I didn't follow it. It appeared to merge with the trail again right where it first met the road.

I also hiked over to North Lola, which is at the far end of the ridge between the two peaks. There are summit registers on both peaks. Round trip time was 4:24.

Oh Lola  Sucess!

Met the small summit of Lola North after visiting with Mt. Lola and then continued down the north ridge for the descent which turned out the funnest part of the hike. Great weather, really great views and lots of privacy in this part of the Sierras.
