Mt Pisgah from Shining Rock just after a thunderstorm had passed through. The storm can be seen here, moving to the east and creating an eerie light over the mountains. Spring is coming slow to the tops of the North Carolina mountains as many trees are just blooming, while the lower elevations are fully leafed out.
