Mt. Zhara Lhatse (5820m)

Mt Zhara Lhatse (Haizi Shan or Haitzu Shan in Chinese) is one of the most revered holy mountains in East Tibet. It was first climbed in October 2006, when a British-New Zeland team ascended it via the north face.

Beautiful shot!

The brown foreground creates a wonderful perspective of this magnificent mountain. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks John,
The little black spots (grazing yaks) give also some contrast to the very rugged and steep face of Zhara Lhatse.
