Overview


The Moveran tour conturns the whole massif in 4 days at an average altitude of 2000 meters. Six collars provide magnificent views on the Pennines, the Mont Blanc Massif, the Dents du Midi and the Prealps of the canton Vaud.
There is no technical difficulty on the Muveran tour.

Approach


Here the approach possibilities of the Muveran Tour

1) By the road
- Conthey - Derborence
Highway exit Conthey and road Aven-Derborence. Bus to Derborence from Sion.

- Bex - Pont de Nant
Highway exit Bex. Road to Les Plans and Pont de Nant. Station in Bex. Bus line to Les Plans

2) By foot
- Ovronnaz - Mayens de Chamoson
Highway exit Riddes. Road to Mayens de Chamoson. Bus line from Sion.
=> path to Saille alpine pasture or chairlift Jorasse
=> Road to Chamosentse and path to Les Outannes.

- Fully - Sorgno
Exit Martigny (station) and road to Fully (bus line) . Road to Chiboz and Tour l'Erié. Path from L'Erié to Sorgno. Another path leads from Fully to Sorgno

- Collonges - L'Au d'Arbignon
Highway exit St Maurice or Martigny, road to Colloges.. Station Evionnaz
Road or footpath from Collonges to L'Au d'Arbignon.

- Lavey - Morcles - Rionda
Highway exit St Maurice (station). Road to Morcles (bus line). Path from Mocles or Lavey to Rionda or La Tourche.

- Gryon - Villars - Anzeindaz
Exit Bex (station) or Aigle. Road from Gryon or Villars to Solalex. Path or jeep to Anzeindaz. Also path from Gryon or Villars to Anzeindaz.

1) Derborence (1513 m) - Forcla Collar (2612 m) - Rambert Hut (2580 m) : 5 h 15

2) Rambert (2580 m) - Fenestral Collar (2453 m) - Demècre Collar (2361 m) : 4 h 50

3) Demècre (2361 m) - La Tourche (2198 m) - Pont de Nant (1253 m) : 6 h

4) Pont de Nant (1253 m) - Anzeindaz (1876 m) - Cheville Collar (2038 m) - Derborence (1513 m) : 4 h 15
