Snowy Range Scenic Byway Photos

On our return trip from Colorado while driving on I-80 we made a little detour to check out the Snowy Range Scenic Byway. Although most of the byway went through gentle forested areas, as the road approached Medicine Bow Beak to the west, the granite cliffs and lakes became quite impressive. The area was very secluded (only saw a few other cars drive by), and would make an awesome place to camp in the summer.
