to become a very, very useful resource, but it's a bitch to load as it fetches the entire output of the GFS model from Wetterzentrale for some days in advance. This page loads like 12-15 MB of data, and while fine when sitting in front of your computer on your high speed broadband connection at home, it's not funny when you're somewhere with spotty internet from a mobile phone modem which allows you to fetch 50-100 kbps at most and times out all the time. Please only link directly to the images for the +6, +12 and +18 hours, and allow the rest to be accessed by a link one can click.
Another thing I miss are CAPE/Lifted Index-values, with winds at 700 Hpa as this indicates thunderstorm potential and shear at altitude. Maybe a link to the current ESTOFEX-forecast would also be good as severe convective weather is usually not your best friend when you're out on bare rock.
