Access Air Ambulance Bell 407 N2YN taking off from Elko, Nevada. This was one of the helicopters I worked on when I was a flight paramedic. Nice ride, lots of power, great job. N2YN crashed in the Tobin Range August 21, 2004, killing all on board.
