Lake Nasukoin and Link  Sucess!

Nice hike on a good trail. Link is a little bit of a bushwhack, but worth it.

Very Nice  Sucess!

This is an excellent hike! Nice and easy, good trail. It was pretty smoky and very hot when I was here, unfortunately. There is an old bed frame on the north summit that is in great shape, so if you could carry a mattress up there you could take a good nap. Seriously- very pleasant hike. Perfect for guidebooks/tourists.

Double Double Summit Day  Sucess!

Two summits in one day and one of them twice. Got to love the 15 switchbacks on the east face of Lake Mountain.

In the clouds  Sucess!

Great hike even though we ended up mostly in the clouds. Interesting part of the Whitefish Range geologically, and the colors of the lakes are more intense against the gray sky. Can't wait to return on a sunny day to compare. Hey, was that Kintla or Bowman (or another lake) that can be seen when looking E from the summit?
