July 2001 did the drive, April 2017 did the loop hike going under all 3 bridges. Wonderful place.
What a great little monument! I love this one- small, not too crowded. Wish I could work there. We drove the loop and checked out all the viewpoints the afternoon before, then camped outside the park. Next day we did the loop to all three bridges, starting at Sipapu and ending at Owachomo, then back across the mesa. Definitely worth it (even for this guy, who can't stand going to official parks and crowded places)!!
Did the loop hike in the rain in May 2015. Amazing canyons and the bridges are hard to beat! There is a surprise awaiting the inquisitive visitor near Kachina Bridge.
Plenty of nice trails to keep you busy if you wish. We spent a few hours on the drive and a few short hikes.
Stopped here on my way to Bluff, Utah, close to sunset on a day with dramatic skies. I saw enough to know it rates another visit.
A magical, whimsical place. How rock can defy the imagination!
very nice hike. quiet away from the viewpoints, good for seeing birds.
Easy hike/scramble to each of the bridges, worth a half day. Also did in June 2009.
Scenery is superb. Great loop with odd sightings of cars above. Kachina bridge must be seen to be believed!
This is a really beautiful area. Pretty fun loop hike.
Somehow, it's a very spiritual place. It's also a good place to escape the insects in June.
Have climbed the western Bear's Ear. I would love to get back in that country someday. .
Great hike in one of my favorite states, Utah!
Mommy led the way and Daddy carried me for the beautiful 8.7-mile loop.
I have hiked this 8.7-mile loop a couple of times several years ago, in both summer and winter, but this time I was accompanied by my wife and 10-1/2-month-old son, DayHikerJr. Temperatures started off comfortable, with some cloud cover, but the clouds cleared out as the afternoon progressed, in some mysterious reverse-monsoon fashion. So we were quite hot by the time we reached Sipapu Bridge and had to hike up and out of the canyon. But the canyon and its bridges were beautiful and well worth all the suffering.
Made a descent down to the Bridges during a winter road trip back east. No one around. The sun was shining and it was a bluebird day. Splendid.
Sorry but I don't remember alot about this trip. I did a number of hikes during my one day stay. It just wasn't a good trip. no the place is great I just was with the wrong people. Sometimes things happen that way. Hey go visit the place you wont regret it!
We enjoyed one of those bright sunny days so common in these parts when the blue sky almost hurts your eyes it's so bright. I especially liked the lush greenery under Sipapu.
Came through as part of a big road trip from Gunnison, CO to Jasper, AB. Interesting formations in a great setting.
Hiked to Kachina and Sipapu bridges, back to car via the mesa top trails, then hiked to Owachomo separately. Nice area.
