Used to teach about these!

in my World Studies classes many moons ago! This was one of my favorite topics and the 8th graders liked learning about it also (along with the rumored punishment for losing Mayan ball games!)

It was one of my favorite topics as well when I was a child. I read a lot about Nazca Lines but I always dreamed with seeing them from the air.

My dream came true. I was fascinated overflying the lines and felt like a dot in the universe while admiring these creations.

Oh!, I heard about the Mayan Ball Game, in some cases the losers would be killed, and would have their heads displayed in front of the court :).
