Near the Crest

Finally back on the crest of the spur, I was at last high enough for the ridge above to finally seem within reach, and my end destination-- Dead Indian Peak (left)-- was visible as well. Reaching it requires following the high ridge over the rise on the right and some other rises, but one can also cut across alpine meadows to save a little distance and elevation gain.
