Sunday quickie
Didn't have time for the full 3.7 mile traverse to Pack Monadnock and back again so just North Pack for today. The last time I hiked this (years ago) they didn't have a nice parking lot on the road in Greenfield. Much improved trailhead. Forty minutes up and forty minutes back.

Route Climbed: Miller State Park
Wonderful trails, but was graced with no views due to an overabundance of cloudiness. Will definitely go back.

Up Ted's trail and down Carolyn's
Another pleasant, easy hike with the dogs. On a clear day you can see Boston. This trailhead does not get a lot of use. Ted's trail runs along a brook, with some nice waterfalls. Carolyn's goes through some swampy areas so is better avoided in wet conditions.

Peregrine Falcon
Hiked this after doing Pack. Saw a Peregrine falcon while we ate lunch on the summit. Couldn't get my camera out before he/she was gone.
